On December 12, 2004, District Deputy SK John Ricca installed the first officers of the newly formed Saint Joseph Cathedral Council.

We are celebrating the newest Council while Council #969 (formerly of the Cathedral of Saint Joseph ) is celebrating their 100th Annivesary.
