It is strongly recommended to save the form to your hard drive then fill
it out and print it. You will not be able to save the filled out form
Some of these forms have the typewriter enabled in your Adobe Reader
therefore follow the following instructions.
Right click and select Save Target As, save to your hard drive then open
it from your hard drive and follow instructions at top of form.
Click the typewriter icon on the top right of the form then click on
the form area where you wish to enter text. |
