Our Fund Raiser Campaign kick’s off the weekend of
October 6, 7 and 8. Please have a fund drive, thanks and Good Luck.
This is to act as your wake up call - - A Friendly
Reminder – For all councils
to have some type of a fund drive this year…
By the time you read this the State Family and the
KCLS meetings will have all
been completed. The District Deputies and Area Coordinators received their
information on our fund raising for this year’s Campaign at the State
Family meeting. The Grand Knights and General Program Chairman should have
received their information at the KCLS
meeting. At these meetings you should have found information that
would help you in your efforts to raise funds in support of citizens with
mental disability in your area. There was wording for your use in local
publicity explaining our campaign. Also, in your packet there was
information explaining the changes started last year in the MDF awards for
this program.
Please note:::
You will receive in a
mailing from the State Office your “Financial Statement Report Form”. This form must be filled out at the end of your fund raising
for this year and sent to the State Office on or before December
1st. along
with your check covering the total funds raised. Please read this form
before starting to fill in the information being requested, because the
information is very important. (Any questions?,
