Louisiana State Council Charity,     Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism

Born and raised in Gonzales, Louisiana. Served in the U.S. Navy 1966-1969. Upon honorable discharge, Don moved to Sulphur, Louisiana. Graduate of Sowella Technical Institute and attended McNeese State University.  Don and Margaret were married 10/03/1970 and are the proud parents of Charles, Cathy, and Carrie.

Joined the Knights of Columbus in 1971.  Member of Fourth Degree Fr. Viellard Assembly and Third Degree Fr. Shahrigian Council 8978. Served Council 8978 as Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Advocate, Membership, Program, Community and Council Directors.  I have also served the State Council as Squires Chairman, Youth Director, District Deputy and State Warden, Advocate and Membership Chairman.  Served as State Treasurer 2002 - 2004. Don is now serving as the Louisiana Knights of Columbus Past State Deputy.
