TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

The 2026 State Convention is just around the corner, starting on May 1. 

HOTEL

The hotel extended the deadline for your room reservation through Sunday, April 12, 2026. 
- Make your reservation NOW to get the KC room block price.
- Special rate through April 12, 2026, is $109.  (If it shows $250, call the Crowne Plaza at 225-925-2244 (do not call the 800 number)
- Special rate group code is KOC.
- You can still use the special link provided to register with the group code.
 

REGISTRATION

- The deadline to register for the convention without a $40 late fee per person is Sunday, April 19, 2026.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

You can also run for office or Supreme delegate by nominating yourself. Those who have been nominated can upload their bio and picture, honor, and optionally sponsor your priest so he can be included in our banquet, or purchase an ad for our Convention Program.  The ad prices are significantly lower this year, allowing individuals, Councils, Assemblies, and even Auxiliaries to be included!

NOMINATIONS

All nominations submitted online were given the opportunity to provide a bio and a photo.  The nominations received online through Friday, April 25, 2026, which were emailed to every delegate and state officer on Saturday, April 26, 2026, by our Worthy State Deputy, are listed below:

 

 
 

 

Reminders

  • Honor your Priest by April 15, 2026 - select 1, 2, or all 3 - (1) sponsor his registration fee, (2) purchase an ad for our Convention Program, or at the very least, (3) upload his information and photo so we can honor him at the banquet.
  • Register for Convention by April 19, 2026, to avoid a $40 late fee.
  • Purchase sponsorships by April 19, 2026.
  • Upload programs for the Successes of Louisiana Program by April 26, 2026.
  • Nominate yourself or a brother knight for State Office or Supreme Delegate by May 1, 2026 (nominations from the floor are still required/accepted).
  • You must be up to date with State Per Capita payments to be seated at Convention.  Not sure?  Email State Secretary Richard Yandle at StateSecretary@LouisianaKC.org as soon as possible.

Sponsorship

Don't miss this valuable opportunity to be a part of the celebration by including your council, assembly, auxiliary, company, or services in sponsorship ads and displays during this three-day event.  The top 3 sponsorship tiers include crawfish/BBQ dinners, and the top sponsorship tier includes registration for one (1) guest or alternate delegate.

Successes of Louisiana

Friday night's events will include a presentation highlighting the successful programs throughout Louisiana in 2025-2026.  Be sure to submit your forms 1728 and pass the info to the State!
